Marketing and operating tourism

Pierre & Vacances Tourism and Center Parcs Europe are both responsible for marketing and operating tourism apartments and homes in holiday residences under the banners, Pierre & Vacances, Maeva, Résidences MGM, Hôtels Latitudes and Center Parcs.

As back-up for achieving this double mission, the Group has a number of different businesses such as :
- sales, marketing, publishing, pricing,
- accommodation activities such as reception, maintenance and sports or activities animation, meeting a wide range of geographical and product requirements. .
The success of the rental chain in the French tourism division stems from this successful combination of business and product diversity.
