The Pierre & Vacances Group is structured as an integrated group whose operating activities are each housed in an independent legal entity, which uses the group's common functional services for support services:

- Purchasing
- IT
- General Services

The organisation of the Group's functional departments into general, group-wide services, unlike an organisation in which support services are dispersed among the various operating services, enables better adaptation of needs and resources, a greater wealth of experience among staff in the services and hence, a better quality of services provided to the operating units for the success of their individual missions.
