Pierre et Vacances Développement (PVD)

Pierre & Vacances Développement (PVD) is the Group's property development subsidiary and handles the search for, setting up and monitoring of property operations for the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, for all of its tourism banners (excl. Les Senioriales).

Pierre & Vacances Conseil Immobilier (PVCI)

Pierre & Vacances markets apartments and homes to investors and individuals via its direct network and exclusive property advisers as well as independent advisers. In order to free investors from all restrictions concerning their acquisition, PVCI guarantees a global service including tax and financing advice, a resale service.

Les Senioriales

A subsidiary of the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group since May 2007, Les Senioriales® property development company specialises in independent residences that are run on a co-ownership basis for active and independent senior citizens, either alone or in a couple. The brand has developed an innovative concept of non-medicalised residences, comprising 60 to 70 accommodation units sold under full ownership and located very close to medium-sized towns. These residences reflect a new art of living and satisfy the needs of the newly retired: comfort, security, conviviality and holidays, whilst maintaining their need for independence.
