The Executive Committee has nine members

The Executive Committee has nine members, all of whom are group executives. The Committee meets every quarter to examine group-wide strategic subjects: international expansion, brand strategy, human resources policy and risk management. It is also responsible for the group's business planning, developing of internal synergies and adjusting the strategy to meet new challenges.
